Service Description

As an experienced psychotherapist, I know how to listen to you. I know how to get to the root of the problem quickly, and help you to solve it so you can go back to doing what you love most. We will have an initial 30-60 minute chat where we will discuss what's going on for you, and how I can help you. I will put together a report of the meeting, detailing the issues we can work on, and suggest some goals for us to work toward, which will be completely free. This service is ongoing, and you can commit to however long you want. However, if I think you have achieved the goals we set out to achieve, I will suggest that either the alliance come to an end, or we set new ones. Prices vary depending on the time commitment, so for example, session-by-session is more expensive than a monthly or quarterly payment plan. Weekly: £150 Monthly: £500 Quarterly: £1200 For the duration of our alliance, you will have full access to me via WhatsApp if you have any issues or questions.
